nawal is officially 7 months old today!!!!!!!!!!!yeayyyyyyyyyyyyy......

a little update on my milestones...

1.im a a pro at rolling over..
2.a heart breaker to ayah n mama
3.i noe when ayah turned on my nursey rhymes n stopped playing to watch em..
4.im  a master of observation..
5.i noe how to play with her toys now n get bored easily...
6.i love food...and cant get enuff of it each time..SIGH...
7.i hate to sleep at my own playpen...will always cry to co sllep with mama n ayah
8.i wake up 3-4 times now at nite...siyan mama
9.i love to GOMOL2 mama's n ayah's face...
10.i love books...(eating em not reading..hehe...)

owh...tis week was another babysitting day...last week mommy ili was the one who looks after nawal...tis week aunty hana agreed to babysit nawal..yeay!!!!...

mama arrived at her campus at 4pm...she said she need to be there earlier to give an ample of time 4 nawal to:

1.observe and familiarise the surrounding

2.getting to noe aunt hana session...

3.play around with mama...n gets tired n sleep...

mama's friends like to pose a lot i have to say....nawal loves em s much s nawal loves camera!!!hehe...aunt irda,aunt jasmin,aunt azie, n aunt asma were those faces that nawal met that day....nawal posed until aunt irda's camera died on her that historical evening....hehe...

well...aunt hana said it was easy to bbsit nawal...nawal slept after her meal....and ayah managed to arrive early in shah alam to pick up mama n nawal...tq ayah...mama was so happy to noe that nawal behaved and played her miss wonderful role very well..

TQ AUNT HANA...TQ MOMMY ILI....U WERE MY LIFE SAVIOURRRR.

kejadian hari ahad lepas

nawal sgt hepi pagi sampai lunch time...che ngah datang lawat jaddi n jaddah...nawal pun nak join lunch..so mama bg poridge nawal,nawal nak lagi..mama suapkan  nawal buah kiwi..1 thin slice...

pastu nawal mcm biase....bila time nak tdo tu,around 3pm,nawal muak...sekali..tp byk...then mama angkat nawal ke bilik mama n ayah...sampai kat bilik,nawal muntah..byk.......mama jerit,pangil ayah....ayah angkat nawal ...nawal muntah kat ayah...then kat toilet,nawal nanges....mcm penat..nawal pandang je mama....nawal nak mama....then,mama pulak yg nages....sedih tgk nawal muntah...byk....

mama tdokan nawal...nawal tdo jap..kemudian jaga..n BUUUWEEEEEEEEK....again....mama angkat nawal...nawal nanges...g toilet,nawal dah lembik....mama basuh nawal n bungkus ngan towel...nawal trus tutup mata..tdo penat....mama pakaikan diapers n baju...nawal x sedar pon........mama cuba BF nawal..nawal minum sikit.......

arnd 4,nawal bgn....mama bg susu,nawal x nak...then ayah bwk nawal turun....kemudian cuba bg nawal air putih....nawal minum....sungguh2 nawal minum....then ayah dukung nawal...BUWEEEEEEEEEEkkkk..nawal muntah lagi......mama dah takut...jaddah pon...then, nawal lembik lagi....sedey....ptg tu  mama bg nawal susu..nawal minum....x sampai 10 min nawal muntah lagi...

ayah n mama bwk nawal g jumpa doctor...lepas maghrib pegi klinin annur kat bangi...alahmdulillah lepas doctor masukkan ubat kat bontot nawal trus hepi n senyum2 kat doctor........trus ok..balik tu nawal dah mcm biaser,minum susu ..main...n tdo...alhamdulillah...

ps: doctor cakap viral..so mama kene hati2 ngan food nawal...n also other factors...most importantly kene selalu basuh tgn n sabun b4 pegang  nawal...mama risau sbb nawal suka jilat2 barang skrg...

soild food

aha...well,nawal has been introduced to her solid food as early as 5 mths 2 wiks...tis girl cant wait to eat,showing all the signs and display great interest towards food...therefore,mama has started to feed her with dates,raisins,and apples....

the first attempt was during nawal's trip to kuching...mama gave nawal 2 table spoon of mashed potato from KFC..and she likes it instantly...from that point of time,mama agreed that it is about time to feed nawal regularly...

since mama is full time house wife,she opted to cook everything 4 nawal..she opposed to canned food or bottle food...since she believed that her fresh cook will insya allah benefits nawal more...
these are the basic tools to prepare nawal's food.

owh..itu blender baru yg ayah beli dkt mydin...beli "body" je..nak jimat kan...pasang kat blender panasonic tu,boleh je...trus mama label nama NAWAL takut nnt sape2 dtg bantai letak cili n blend...

mama nk share recipe porridge nawal

1. beras -2 sudu besar

2.carrot- 5-6 cm

3.kurma

4.sedikit air

semua bhn2 itu dimasak...kurma letak plg last bila semua carrot n nasi dah empuk...kemudian blend...

 

kemudian masukkan dlm tuperware utk stok 2 hr...yg lebih tu masukan dlm plastik ice cream sbb nak letak dlm frozen section...nnt boleh mkn mgu depan ke...

down the memory lane part I

hehe..mama ckp mama nk cerita pengalaman mama mengandungkan nawal...it was a hectic one with morning,afternoon,evening sickness...all day,around the clock...mama said it was never a morning sickness...it was all day sickness...n not only that,mama muntah sampai berdarah pun byk kali...kene masuk ward sebab dehydration...itu mmg mama x leh lupa la sbb maser tu mama pergi kelas..br masuk kelas 5 min dah K.O duduk je dlm toilet muntah...

bila nawal dh 7 bulan dlm tummy mama,doc cakap it was placenta previa type 1..so,mama kene kurangkan gerak n x leh travel jauh2...doctor ckp tkt bleeding..n almost every week mama pegi check up CTG...sbb doc suspected nawal ni kecik sgt...tkt IUGR baby...tp alhamdulillah...semua ok

one day masa mama pegi check up dgn obygyn...die cakap mama kene msk ward la..sbb air ketuban dah mkn kurang...OLIGO...mama cuak sbb masa tu ayah pegi meeting,die x teman mama..while obygyn was explaining further ayah pun dtg...ayah ingat obygyn tu main2...rupa2 nya tak...so,terus mama kene inject DEXA utk matangkan paru2 nawal..after another 12 hour,kene amik DEXA lagi...mama nanges mama kene cucuk..sebab skt sgt...mmg dah kene warn awal2 DEXA ni skt...tp mama nanges sikit je..ptg tu,mama g warung tepi jalan,mkn colek buah n minum air kelapa...dh ptg baru pegi masuk ward,obygyn marah ayah sbb lambat sgt bwk mama masuk...hehe

mama mkn semua benda puas2...esok pagi tu,mama pegi check up lagi...tis time,obygyn cakap kita kene caesar hari ni jugak...masa tu mama rasa sgt cuak x leh nak cakap...nawal umur 35 wiks 3 days dlm tummy mama...sbb nawal was too young...obygyn ckp kene sediakan ventilator takut nawal kene masuk NICU...lama sgt tgu ventilator ni sbb unit nya sgt limited...ramai baby tgh pakai so kene tgu ...alhamdulillah...ptg tu ventilator dah ready...4p.m mama masuk OT

around 4.30...nawal dh keluar dr tummy mama..mama ckp nawal nanges kuat sgt..aha...n sgt cute,mama sampai nanges when she saw me first time...mama kissed nawal on cheek...

maser ni,muka nawal ada lg vernix....x cuci betul2 lg....mase ni ayah amik gamba lepas azankan nawal..ayah sgt happy dan excited sampai jaddah pun gelak tgk ayah...

ni among first pix of me...maser ni nurse dah cucikan vernix tu...sgt gebu n cute mama ckp nawal...and straighaway mama panggil nawal SNOW WHITE...hehe...

maser kt OT tu jaddi n jaddah sampai dr KB...ayh lupa nk snap gamba nawal dgn jaddah..sorie jaddah..

ni gamba ayah n nawal..mama yg snapped...kecik kan nawal?...x pe la..janji sihat..nawal x guna pon ventilator tu sbb nawal perfectly normal n healthy..alhmdulillah...tp.....

tetiba nawal dpt jaundice..so kene buat phototheraphy...mama nanges je sepjg tgk nawal bwh lampu..die ckp kesian..lg2 bila dgr nawal melalak maser nurse amik darah kt tgn nawal...

finally,mama hepi dah blh bawak nawal balik.. mama ckp nnt la next entry die tunjuk gamba nawal dlm tummy...hehe...
